Lesley Shi — Quality and Compliance Manager

Lesley is a SA8000 Lead Auditor with 10 years of hotline service experience and 16 years of auditing experience. She graduated from Western Sydney University, holding a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Interpreting and Translation, and is a NAATI-certified translator. Lesley conducts social compliance audits, verifications, and assessments. In addition, she delivers social responsibility training to factories across various industries based on client and international compliance project requirements, and is an amfori-approved social responsibility trainer. Since 2022, she has been managing audits and overall projects regarding social responsibility, sustainability, and green low-carbon initiatives for the company's wind power clients. Currently, alongside her auditing and project management duties, Lesley is responsible for integrity and compliance, quality control, and the maintenance of key corporate qualifications for Openview and its branch companies.
